USG Echogenicity

Echogenicity of USG :

➡️ Echogenicity মানে হলো Brightness of organ & it pathology. 

Type of Echogenicity: পাশের ছবিতে দেখে নিন। 

➡️Hyperechoic: মানে হলো usg তে সাদা/white দেখা যাবে। 

➡️ Hypoechoic : মানে হলো কিছুটা কালো, / less echogenic. 

➡️Isoechoic : সব একই রকম colour হবে। 

➡️Anechoic : মানে একে বারে কালো।

3.Fat

4.Calcification

5.Lining epithelium of any organ, capsule, tendon& ligaments 

List of Hypoechogenic structures :

1.muscle 

2.Parenchyma of fatty organ 

Lists of Ancehogenic structures : 

যেকোন fluid or fluid containing cysts

1Cyst

2.Ascitic Fluid 

3.Urine

4.Blood 

5.Bile 

6.Effusion

⭕Isoechogenic structures: এটি সাধারনত Normal Echogenicity of liver এর সাথে তুলনা করা হয়।
