Basic Physics of USG:
USG Probe পরিচিতি ঃ
🛑 Coronal /Transverse Scan:
এ ক্ষেত্রে probe এর right মানে patient এর right side আর probe এর left মানে patient এর left side.
এ ক্ষেত্রে probe এর উপরের part নির্দেশ করে Anterior parts of body structures & probe এর নিচের
part নির্দেশ করে Posterior parts of body structures.
🛑 Sagital / Longitudinal Scan :
এ ক্ষেত্রে probe এর left side indicate করে upper parts of body structures & probe এর Right side indicate করে lower parts of body structures.
Upper part of image indicate Anterior & Lower parts of image indicate posterior body parts.
🌏High Frequency USG Probe:
➡️Frequency : 6-12 MHZ
➡️Advantage : High resolution
➡️Disadvantage: less penetration
➡️Probe type : linear
➡️Use of USG: TVS,TRUS,Children
🌏Low Frequency USG Probe:
➡️Frequency : 2-5 MHZ
➡️Advantage : More penetration
➡️Disadvantage: low Resolution
➡️Probe type : Curvilinear
➡️Use of USG: pg profile, obse pt
