Protocols
Sedative Poisoning:
Rx:
- Hospitalization
- NPO-TFO
- 02 Inhallation- sos
- NG Suction if Pt unconscious
- Continuous Catheterization
- Stomach wash within 4-6 h
1. Inf. 5% DNS (1L) + N/S (1L) +5% DA (1L)
- IV @ 30 d/min
2. Inj. Ceftron(1gm)(Ceftriaxone)
- 1vial I/V ...........BD
3. Inj.Sergel (40mg)(Esomeprazole)
- 1 vial I/V ......... BD
4. Inj. Lasix(Furosemide)
- 2 amp I/V stat then lamp BD (8am-4pm)
Specific Antidot:
Inj.Flumazenil/inj.Anexate(0.5mg)
- 0.2 mg I/V stat over 1 min (if No improvement then....
- 1 vial(0.5mg) I/V stat
Upto 6-10 vial(3-5mg) পর্যন্ত দেওয়া যাবে।
During Discharge from Hospital:
1. Cap.Denver(200mg)(Cefixime)
- 1+0+1.............7 days
2. Tab.Acifix(20mg)(Rabeprazole)
- 1+0+1.............10 days
3. Tab.Santogen(multivitamin)
- 1+0+1......1 month
উপদেশঃ
- বেশি চা / কফি খাবেন।
- বিশ্রামে থাকবেন।
- মানসিক counselling নিবেন।
