Clinical Features:

• headache
• dizziness
• drowsiness
• euphoria
• restlessness
• ataxia
• poor ventilatory drive
• convulsions

Investigation:

• X-ray chest P/A view 
• CBC 
• Serum Creatinine

Rx:

• Hospitalization
  
• Continuous Catheterization
  
• NPO - TFO
  

1. Inf. 5% DNS (1L) + N/S (1L) +5% DA (1L)

• IV @ 30 d/min

2.  Inj. Ceftron(1gm)(Ceftriaxone)

• 1vial I/V ...........BD

3. Inj.Sergel (40mg)(Esomeprazole)

• 1 vial I/V ......... BD

 4. Inj. Sedil(Diazepam)(10mg/2ml)

• 1 amp I/M stat 

If pain : 

5. Inj.Torax(Ketorolac)(30mg)

• 1amp I/M stat & s0s
  

OR

inj.Nelbun-2(Nalbuphine)

• 1 amp I/M Stat with
  

+(plus)

inj.Vergon (12.5mg)

• 1 amp I/M stat

6. Syp. Entacyd plus

• 4TSF P/O stat & 2TSF-TDS
  

7.  Liquid Parafine

• 2TSF TDS (may give)
  

SN: Do not give stomach wash

Discharge From Hospital:

1. Cap.Denver(200mg)(Cefixime)

• 1+0+1.............7 days

2. Tab.Acifix(20mg)(Rabeprazole)

• 1+0+1.............10 days

3. Tab.Viset(50mg)(Tiemonium)

• 1+1+1.......5 days

4. Syrp.Maganta plus(magaldrate+simethicone)

• 2 Tsf 3 times daily  after meal ...........10 days

5. Tab.Limbix(Amitriptyline+chlordiazeproxide)

• 0+0+1........ 1 month

6. Tab.Gastalfat(500mg)(Sucralfate)

• 2+2+2...............7 days

উপদেশঃ

• নরম খাবার খাবেন। 
  
• বিশ্রামে থাকবেন।
