Meconium Stained Baby

Clinical Features:

• Onset may be at birth or delayed
• Meconium staining of cord/ skin
• Hyperinflated chest
•  Features of PPHN

Rx:

• Suction carefully
• Counselling the patient part about risk of disease
• Monitor patient for 24 hours any denger sign develop or not

1.Loracef (Cefaclor) pediatric drop (125mg/1.25ml)

• 6-8 drops 3 times daily for ..........7 days

2. Flacol (Simethecone) Pediatric drops (67mg/ml)

• 5-8 drops 4 times daily for .......7 days 

3. Inj.K-one mm(vitamin -K)

• 1 ample I/M stat 

Advice : 

1. Take medicine regulary 

• দেড় মাস বয়স থেকে বাচ্চাকে টিকা দিবেন। 
  
•  ৬ মাস পর্যন্ত বাচ্চা কে শুধু মাত্র বুকের দুধ খাওয়াবেন। তবে কোন ওষুধ লাগলে খাওয়া যাবে।
