Ear Wax:
Clinical Features:

On Examination :
Otoscopy Show:
- Brownish Hard/ Soft Mass in Ear canal.
Rx:
If Hard/ Impacted: (Soft the wax)
1. waxsol ear drop(Docusate Sodium) -
- ৩ ফোটা 2 বার(or at night).... ৫দিন Then suction.
অথবা,
Olive Oil
৩-৪ ফোঁটা আক্রান্ত কানে দৈনিক ৩বার... ৩দিন।
Remove the wax by:
- Jobson Horne Probe (It's Safe)
- Aural Syringing
[Contra-Indication in H/O Ear Discharge]
If Itching:
- Tab. Alcet 5mg
- 0+0+1..... ৫দিন।
উপদেশঃ
- নিয়মিত ঔষধ ব্যবহার করবেন।
- কটন বার দিয়ে কান খুচাবেন না।কোন সমস্যা হলে ডা. সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন।
