Nasal Polyp

Clinical Features:

• Blocked nose.
• Runny nose.
• Constant need to swallow (post-nasal drip)
• Reduced sense of smell or taste.
• Nosebleeds.
• Snoring.

Investigation:

• CBC
• X-ray PNS OM view 

Rx:

1. F-son(Fluticasone) spray 

• 2 Spray each nose 2 times daily...14 days(২চাপ ২ নাকে দিনে ২ বার)

2. Tab. Deslor(desloradin) (5mg)

• 0+0+1......14 days

3. Tab. Esonix(esomeprazol) (20mg)

• 1+0+1.....10 days (30 min before meal)
  

4.Antazol(Xylometazoline ) N/D 0.1% 

• 3 drops each nose 3 times daily .......10 days

5.Tab. Cortan(prednisolone) (10mg)

• 1+0+0........7 days Then
• 1/2 +0+0.............7 days

Prevention:

• Avoid breathing airborne allergens or irritants that lead to inflammation of your nose and sinus cavities.
  
• Practice good hygiene.
  
• Use a humidifier in your home to help moisten your breathing passages.
