Clinical Features:
- 1)Red, teary, bloodshot eye.
- 2)Eye pain (can be severe), eye ache.
- 3)Pus or other eye discharge.
- 4)A feeling like there's something in your eye.
- 5)Light hurts your eye.
- 6)Blurred vision.
- 7)Swollen eyelids.
investigation:
- CBC
Rx:
- Diet-Normal
1. Tab.Neofloxin(Ciprofloxacin)(500mg)
- 1+0+1…...7 days
2. Cap.seclo(20Mg)(omeprazol)
- 1+0+1……..10 days (30min before meal)
3. Tab.VoltalinForte(50mg)(Diclofenac)
- 1+0+1…...5 days (after meal)
4. Atropine(Ocupin 1%) E/D affected eye
- 1 drop * TDS…..1 month
5. Diflu (0.3%)(Fluconazole) E/D affected eye
- 1 drop * 4 times….14 days
6. Fungizol 1%(Clotrimazole) eye ointment affected eye
- 5 times….1 ½ months
Advice:
- চোখে কালো চশমা পড়বেন
- চোখে পানি লাগাবেন না
- ৭ দিন পর দেখা করবেন
