Protocols

Clinical Features:

  • 1)Red, teary, bloodshot eye.
  • 2)Eye pain (can be severe), eye ache.
  • 3)Pus or other eye discharge.
  • 4)A feeling like there's something in your eye.
  • 5)Light hurts your eye.
  • 6)Blurred vision.
  • 7)Swollen eyelids.


investigation:

  • CBC

Rx:

  • Diet-Normal 

1. Tab.Neofloxin(Ciprofloxacin)(500mg)

  • 1+0+1…...7 days

2. Cap.seclo(20Mg)(omeprazol)

  • 1+0+1……..10 days (30min before meal)

3. Tab.VoltalinForte(50mg)(Diclofenac)

  • 1+0+1…...5 days (after meal)

4. Atropine(Ocupin 1%) E/D affected eye

  • 1 drop * TDS…..1 month

5. Diflu (0.3%)(Fluconazole) E/D affected eye

  • 1 drop * 4 times….14 days

6. Fungizol 1%(Clotrimazole) eye ointment affected eye

  • 5 times….1 ½ months


Advice:

  • চোখে কালো চশমা পড়বেন
  • চোখে পানি লাগাবেন না
  • ৭ দিন পর দেখা করবেন
