Renal stone/Ureteric Stone:

Clinical Features:

  • Severe pain in your back or side that will not go away.
  • Blood in your urine.
  • Fever and chills.
  • Vomiting.
  • Urine that smells bad or looks cloudy.
  • burning feeling when you urinate.


Investigations:

  • X-ray KUB region
  • USG of Whole Abdomen
  •  Urine RME 
  • Serum Creatinine

Rx:

1. Tab.Furotil(500mg)(cefuroxime)

  • 1+0+1……..7 days

2. Cap.Maxpro(20mg)(Esomprazole)

  • 1+0+1……...10 days (30min before meal)

3. Tab.Rolac(10mg)(Ketorolac)

  • 1+0+1……...5 days  (AFTER MEAL)

4. Tab.Rivotril (0.5mg)(clonazepam)

  • 0+0+1……….10 days


if no improvement then surgical treatment
