Clinical Features:
- Severe pain in your back or side that will not go away.
- Blood in your urine.
- Fever and chills.
- Vomiting.
- Urine that smells bad or looks cloudy.
- burning feeling when you urinate.
Investigations:
- X-ray KUB region
- USG of Whole Abdomen
- Urine RME
- Serum Creatinine
Rx:
1. Tab.Furotil(500mg)(cefuroxime)
- 1+0+1……..7 days
2. Cap.Maxpro(20mg)(Esomprazole)
- 1+0+1……...10 days (30min before meal)
3. Tab.Rolac(10mg)(Ketorolac)
- 1+0+1……...5 days (AFTER MEAL)
4. Tab.Rivotril (0.5mg)(clonazepam)
- 0+0+1……….10 days
if no improvement then surgical treatment
উপদেশঃ

- Eat more calcium-rich foods.
- Eat less sodium.
- Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods.
- Eat less animal protein.
- Avoid vitamin C supplements.
