Clinical Features:

• Extreme back pain or pressure in your neck, head or back.
• Weakness, incoordination or paralysis in any part of your body.
• Numbness, tingling or loss of sensation in your hands, fingers, feet or toes.
• Loss of bladder or bowel control.
• Difficulty with balance and walking.

Investigations:

• MRI of spinal cord 
• CBC
• RBS 

Rx:

• 02 Inhallation - sos
  

1.  Inj. Roxadex(Dexamethasone)(5mg)

• 1amp... I/V......6 hourly...3 days ( prevent Laryngeal oedema)
  

2.  Tab. Furotil (cefuroxime)(500mg)

• 1+0+1......7 days
  

3. Tab. Neuro -B( vitamin B1,2,6)

• 1+1+1.........1 months
  

4. Tab.Nervex (0.5 mg)(Mecobalamoin)

• 1+0+1.........1 months
  

5. Tab. Inflam (400mg)(ibuprofen)

• 1+0+1 ( ভরাপেট ব্যথা হলে)..........3-5 days
  

6. Tab. Maxpro (20mg)(esomeprazole)

• 1+0+1 ( খাবার ৩০ মি আগে).......10 days
  

7.  Tab. Beklo (10mg)(Baclofen)

• 1+0+1( ভারাপেটে)......1  months
  

8.  Tab. Rivo (0.5mg)(Clonazepam)

Advice:

• কলার কাফ ব্যবহার করবেন
