Anal Fissure

Clinical Features:

• 1)Pain, sometimes severe, during bowel movements.
• 2)Pain after bowel movements that can last up to several hours.
• 3)Bright red blood on the stool or toilet paper after a bowel movement.
• 4)visible crack in the skin around the anus.
• 5) small lump or skin tag on the skin near the anal fissure.

Investigations:

• 1)CBC 
• 2)RBS
• DRE

Rx:

1. Cap.Aandol(Tamadol)(50mg) 

• 1+1+1……...5 days

2. Cap.Sergel(Esomeprazol) (20mg) 

• 1+0+1…….10 days

3. Tab.Rivo(Clonazepam) (0.5mg) 

• 0+0+1……...10 days

4.  Anustat/ Rectocare Ointment(Gyceryl Trinitate)

• পায়খানার পর পায়খানার রাস্তায় ও একটু ভিতরে লাগাবেন দিনে ৩ বার......... ১মাস

5. Syp. Avolac 

• 3-6 tsf.... TDS..পায়খানা কষা হলে খাবেন

6. Hip Bath:২ চামচ Povisep ১ গামলা কুসুম গরম পানিতে মিশিয়ে বসবেন দিনে ৩ বার......-১৫ দিন

 Advice:

• keeping the anal area dry.
  
• cleansing the anal area gently with mild soap and warm water.
  
• drinking plenty of fluids, eating fibrous foods, and exercising regularly to avoid constipation.
  
• treating diarrhea immediately.
