Olygohydramnios

Clinical Features: 

• H/O pregnancy for ........weeks 
• Less fetal movement 
• IUGR 

Investigations :

• USG of pregnancy profile 

Rx: 

Mild to Moderate : 

Pregcare sachet 

• 1 packet mixed with 1 glass of water daily.. .2 time .... 15 days 

Repeat USG of P/P after 7 days 

if Severe oligohydraminios :

• if any congenital malformation : then vaginal delivery is preferred 
• if vaginal delivery is not possible then C/S 

Advice: 

• careful about fetal heart sound
