Fibroadenosis/ Fibrocystic Breast
- Painful Multiple Lump
- Nodular
- Soft in consistency
- Pre menstrual Mastalgia
Investigation:
- USG of affected Breast
- FNAC
- Memogram
- r For GA Fitness:
- Blood Grouping with Rh typing.
- Chest x-ray P/A view.
- ECG (if age >30 years)
- S. Creatinine
- RBS
Rx:
1. Tab.Levoxin (Levofloxacin) (500mg)
- 0+0+1.........10 days
2. Tab.Flexi(Aceclofenac) (100mg)
- 1+0+1................5-7 days
3. Cap.Sergel(esomeprazol)(20mg)
- 1+0+1.....(30 min before meal).........10 days
4. Tab.Bromodel (Bromocriptin)(2.5mg)
- 1+0+1..............15 days
Advice:
- Avoid Tea,Coffee,chocolate
- Wear Bra
