Protocols

Clinical Features:

  • Irrigular / Continious PV bleeding
  • Post coital / Intermenstrual bleeding.
  • Urinary Symptom
  • Weight loss


On Examination:

  • BP & Pulse:
  • Anemia: +/++
  • On speculum examination:
    • Cervix is fixed.
    • Hard in consistency
    •  Irregular & Friable
    • Bleeding on touch.

 Investigation:

  • USG of W/A.
  • VIA or PAP smear
  • Urine R/M/E
  • RBS
  • Colposcopy (f VIA/ PAPS positive)


 Rx: Symptomatic

 If Infection present:

Tab. Rutix(Ofloxacin) 400mg

  • 1+0+1....... 7days

 Correction of anaemia:

Cap. Prenat -CL(IRON+ zinc)

  • 1+0+1 ............3 months

Blood Transfusion (BT) if needed

If  Improve Health status:

Tab. Aristovit X,

  • 0+1+0......2 months
