Protocols
Clinical Features:
- Irrigular / Continious PV bleeding
- Post coital / Intermenstrual bleeding.
- Urinary Symptom
- Weight loss
On Examination:
- BP & Pulse:
- Anemia: +/++
- On speculum examination:
- Cervix is fixed.
- Hard in consistency
- Irregular & Friable
- Bleeding on touch.
Investigation:
- USG of W/A.
- VIA or PAP smear
- Urine R/M/E
- RBS
- Colposcopy (f VIA/ PAPS positive)
Rx: Symptomatic
If Infection present:
Tab. Rutix(Ofloxacin) 400mg
- 1+0+1....... 7days
Correction of anaemia:
Cap. Prenat -CL(IRON+ zinc)
- 1+0+1 ............3 months
Blood Transfusion (BT) if needed
If Improve Health status:
Tab. Aristovit X,
- 0+1+0......2 months
