Acute mastitis:

Rx:

1. Cap.Phylopen-DS(Flucloxacillin)(500mg)

• 1+1+1+1......7 days

2. Tab.Inflam(Ibuprofen)(400mg)

• 1+0+1(খাবার পর).....3-5 days (if pain)

3.Tab.Finix(Rabeprazole)(20mg)

• 1+0+1....7 days

Advice:

• Breast support by brassiere.
  
• Plenty of fluid intake.
  
•  Continue breast feeding
  
• Infected breast empty manually with each feed.
