  • Diet: Patient satble then normalĀ 

1. Inf.Hartsol(1L)

  • I/V @20 drop/min

2.Inj.Ciprofloxacin(ciprocin/ciprox/ciprozid) (200mg/100ml)

  • 1bottle i/v stat & BD

3.inj.Metronidazole(Filmet/metro)(200mg/100ml)

  • 1 bottle i/v stat & TDSĀ 

4. Inj.Tiemonium methylsulfate(Algin/vist)

  • 1 ampl i/v or i/m stat & TDS

5.inj.Omeprazole(seclo/ppi)40 mg

  • 1ampl i/v stat & BD

6. Tab.Misoprostol(cytomis)200mgĀ 

  • 3 tab stat orallyĀ 

if bleeding is more thenĀ 

inj.Tranexamic acid (xamic/frabex)500mg

  • 1 amp i/v stat & TDSĀ 

if amaemia presentĀ 

  • Blood Transfusion given
