• Continuous Catheterization
  

1. Inj.Oricef (Ceftriaxone)(1gm)

• 1 vial I/V stat& BD

2.Tab.Barbit(phenobarbitone)(30mg)

• 1+0+1

3.Cap.Pantonix(Pantoprazole)(20mg)

• 1+0+1(before meal)

If DBP>110mmHg

Inj.Lebeta(5mg/ml)

5 amp +

inj.Normal saline(500ml)

• I/V 15 d/m, check BP 20 min interval and if DBP less then 90 mmhg then stop drip.

Tab.Sardopa(250mg)

• 2+2+2+2

if not control 

Tab.Nidipine SR (20mg)

• 1+0+1

if not control 

Tab.Labeta(200mg)

• 1+0+1
