Infertility

Causes Infertility: 

• 1) woman's age.
• 2)Male (sperm) factor.(azospermia)
• 3)Ovulation disorders.
• 4)Tubal disease.
• 5)Endometriosis.
• 6)Anatomical factors such as fibroids and other uterine abnormalities.
• 7)Factors such as antibodies to sperm may also reduce the ability to conceive.
• 8)Combination of male and female factors.
• 9)Obesity 

Investigation:

☑️Female: 

• 1) Basal Body Temperature Charting (BBT) BBT charts help predict the time of ovulation.
• 2) Endometrial Biopsy. 
• 3) Testing for Luteinizing Hormone. 
• 5) Testing the Health of the Ovaries. 
• 6) Laparoscopy. 
• 7) Other Female Endocrinology Tests. 
• 8) Ultrasonography and Sonohysterography.

☑️Male: 

• Sperm analysis 
• CBC
• URINE RME
• VDRL& TPHA 
• HBsAg 

Rx:( For Female patient )

1.Tab.Lerozol(letrozol) (2.5mg)

• 1+0+1... 5 days (Satrt 3rd day of menstration ...repeat 3 cycle ) ( মাসিকের ৩য় দিন থেকে ৫ দিন। এভাবে ৩ সাইকেল।)
  

OR

 Tab.ovulet (clomiphine)(50mg)

• 1+0+1…..মাসিকের 2য় দিন থেকে ৫ দিন। এভাবে ৩ সাইকেল।

2.Cap.Inovit(vit -E) (200mg)

• 1+0+0....3 months
  

3.Tab.Allynol(5mg) (allylestrenol)

• 1+0+0….. (Start 16 day of menstration upto 25 days--repeat 3 cycle) মাসিকের 16 দিন থেকে 25 দিন। এভাবে ৩ সাইকেল

[infertility এর pt কে primary test করে অবশ্যই একজন বিশেষজ্ঞ গাইনেকোলজিস্ট এর রেফার্ড করবেন)  

Advice:

• ১) স্বামী ও স্ত্রী দুজনেই চিকিৎসা নিবেন।
• ২) ২ মাস পর স্বামী semen analysis করে রিপোর্ট সহ দেখা করবেন। 
• ৩)মানসিক চাপ মুক্ত থাকবেন।
