Clinical Features:
- Pain in the pelvis and lower abdomen
- Discharge from the vagina with an unpleasant odor
- Fever and chills
- Nausea and vomiting
- Pain during sexual intercourse
investigation :
- 1) USG of L/A-pelvic collection
- 2)Urine RME
- 3)CBC
Rx:

- 1+0+1…...7 days
2.Tab.Filmet([post id="406" title="Metronidazole"])(400mg)
- 1+1+1……...5 days
3.Tab.Maxpro([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"])(20mg)
- 1+0+1……….15 days
4.Tab.Flexi([post id="454" title="Aceclofenac"])(100mg)
- 1+0+1……...3-5 days
5.Tab.santogen(multi-vitamin)
- 0+1+0…………...1 days
☑️After 7 days antibiotics give Anti-helminthis
Tab.Alben([post id="536" title="Albendazole"])(400mg)
- 1 tab stat, repeat after 7 days
Severe case:
Cap.Flugal([post id="554" title="Fluconazole(Flugal)"]) (150mg)
1 table per week ....for 6 weeks(Total 6 Tab)
উপদেশঃ
- একের অধিক সেক্সচুয়াল পার্টনার রাখা যাবেনা।
- শারীরিক মিলনের সময় কনডম ব্যবহার করতে হবে। PID হলে pill খাওয়া অবস্থায় ও কনডম ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
- উপরের PID কোন লক্ষণ দেখা দিলে দ্রুত ডাক্তারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
- নিয়মিত গাইনোকলজিকল চেকআপ করতে হবে।
- মাসিকের সময় প্যাড ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
