Dysmenorrhoea :
- Dysmenorrhea is the medical term for pain with menstruation.
Clinical Features:
- 1)cramping or pain in the lower abdomen
- 2) low back pain
- 3) pain spreading down the legs
- 4) nausea&vomiting& diarrhea
- 5)fatigue, weakness, fainting, or headaches.
🗒️Rx:
1.Tab.Viset([post id="451" title="Tiemonium"])(50mg)
- 1+0+1.......3 days(after meal)
2.Tab.Maxpro([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"]) (20mg)
- 1+0+1....5 days(খাবার৩০ মিনিট আগে)
3.Tab.Lexotanil([post id="475" title="Bromazepam"])(3mg)
- 0+0+1....7 days
NB:
☑️ব্যথা বেশি হলে:if more pain
Tab.Inflam([post id="460" title="Ibuprofen"]) (400mg)
1+1+1............3 days(after meal)
Lifestyle Advice:
- regular exercise and attention to overall physical fitness
- applying heat, such as a hot water bottle, to the abdomen
- relaxation techniques
- the oral combined contraceptive pill, which reduces prostaglandins and therefore reduces pain
- bed rest during the first day or so of the period.
