Clinical Features:

Investigation :
- 1)CBC
- Monocytosis
- 2)Triple Antigen/Febrile Antigen -
- OX-19 Positive
- 3)Urine RME
Rx:
1.Cap. Doxicap ([post id="590" title="Doxycycline(Doxicap)"])(100mg) (4-5mg/kg)
- 1+০+1..….7 days (4mg/kg/day)
OR
Cap. Tetrasina([post id="434" title="Tetracycline"]) (500mg)
- 1+1+1+1...7 days
If fever:
Tab. Napa (paracetamol) (500mg)
- 1+1+1+1........... ( জ্বর >১০০F)
Cap.Sergel(Esomeprazol) (20mg)
- 1+0+1........(30min before meal)......10 days
Advice:
- ঘরে ও ঘরের আশে পাশে নিয়মিত কীটনাশক ছিটাবেন।
- ঘরের বিছানা মাটি থেকে উপরে পাতবেন।
- খালি গায়ে মাটিতে শুবেন না।
- বাচ্চাদের হাত পায়ে anti - mosquito ক্রিম ব্যবহার করবেন।
