Spondyloarthritis

Clinical Features:

• Psoriasis skin rash
• Swelling along the tendons of your fingers or toes ("sausage fingers")
• Swelling, pain, or redness in part of an eye
•  Pain in the multipule joint 

 Investigations: 

• 1) Urine RME 
• 2) CRP 
• 3)CBC with ESR 
• 4) serum creatinine 
• 5) seum ALT 
• 6) X-ray affected joints 

 Rx: 

1.Cap.Indomet SR (indomethacin) (75 mg) 

1+0+1.... ( খাবারের পর).... 15 days

2.Cap.Sergel(esomeprazol) (20 mg) 

1+0+1....... (খাবারের আগে) .... 15 days

যদি রোগী আগে থেকেই NSAID পেয়ে থাকে তাহলে 

Tab. salazine (500mg) 

• 0+0+1.........7 days then
  
• 1+0+1.........7 days then
• 1+0+2.........7 days then
• 2+0+2..........continue

 উপদেশ :

• ১) নিয়মিত ঔষধ খাবেন 
• ২) শিখানো নিয়মে ব্যয়াম করবেন 
• ৩) ওজন কমাবেন
