Clinical Features :

 Investigations: 

• ANA- POSTIVE 
• Anti ds DNA - postive 
• Anti smith antibody - positive 
• Anti-phopholipid antibody - positive 
• Direct cooombs test - positive 
• compliment C3 & C4 - low 
• CBC With CRP 
• Urine RME 
• 
  

Rx:(Rx of mild case)

1. Tab.Pred/Cortan([post id="479" title="Prednisolone"]) (20mg)(1-2mg/kg/day)

• 1+1+0.......(after meal)... 7 days
• 1+ 1/2 +0.....(after meal)..7 days
• 1+0+0......(after meal)...... 7 days 

2.Tab.Reconil(200 mg)(5-6 mg/kg/day)

• 0+0+1(after meal)........continue 

3.Tab. Pantonix([post id="393" title="Pantoprazole"]) (20mg)

• 1+০+1...…..15 day ( 30 min before meal)

If pain/Fever:

Tab.Napa([post id="449" title="Paracetamol"])(500mg)

• 1+1+1(after meal).....3-7 days

বাচ্চাদের জন্য sun protection cream ব্যবহার করতে হবে। 

Solasscren/Spectraban 50 

• রোদে যাবার ৩০-৪৫ মিনিট আগে গায়ে মেখে শুকিয়ে বাইরে বেরোতে হবে।

If Severe then Refered to Hospital.
