Clinical Features:

• 1) joint pain 
• 2)Joint swelling 
• 3)Redness
• 4)Restricted movement 
• 5)Fever 

Investigations: 

• 1) CBC 
• 2)CRP
• 3)RA test 
• 4) x-ray affected joints 
• 5)joint fluid aspirations & analysis.

Rx:

1.Cap. Phylopen DS([post id="405" title="Flucloxacillin"]) (500mg)

• 1+1+1+1…..6 weeks
  

2.Tab.sonap([post id="455" title="Naproxen"])(500mg)/Torax(ketorolac)(10mg)

• 1+০+1(AFTER meal).....10 days

3.Tab.pantonix ([post id="393" title="Pantoprazole"])(20mg)

• 1+o+1..…...10 days
  

4.Tab.Revotril ([post id="474" title="Clonazepam"]) (0.5mg)

• 0+0+1……...15 days
  

5.Tab.Calcin-o (calcium), 

• 0+1+0………...1 month

➡️ Physiotherapy.(after heal)
