  • 1)Pain that's often worsened by holding your head in one place for long periods, such as when driving or working at a computer.
  • 2)Muscle tightness and spasms.
  • 3)Decreased ability to move your head.
  • 4)Headache.

Rx:

  • Rest 

1. Tab.lexaton (50mg)

  • 1+1+1…….10 days

2.Tab.Revotril([post id="474" title="Clonazepam"]) (0.5mg)

  • 0+0+1……..10 days

3.Tab.Flexi([post id="454" title="Aceclofenac"])(100mg)

  • 1+0+1 (after meal) ………..7 days

4.Cap.sergel([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"]) (20mg)

  • 1+0+1…………..10 days

 Advice:

  • Apply ice for the first few days.
  • Take a few days off from sports, activities that aggravate your symptoms, and heavy lifting. 
  • Exercise your neck every day.
  • Use good posture.
