Mania :
Mania is a psychological condition that causes a person to experience unreasonable euphoria, very intense moods, hyperactivity, and delusions. Mania (or manic episodes) is a common symptom of bipolar disorder.
Clinical Features:
- 1)feeling very happy, elated or overjoyed.
- 2)talking very quickly.
- 3)feeling full of energy.
- 4)feeling self-important.
- 5)feeling full of great new ideas and having 6)important plans.
- 7)being easily distracted.
- 8)being easily irritated or agitated.
- 9)being delusional, having hallucinations and 10)disturbed or illogical thinking.

Rx:
- Reassurance
- CBT(Cognative bhavioral therapy)
- Psychological therapy

To prevention of relapse

Advice:
- Maintain a stable sleep pattern.
- Stay on a daily routine.
- Set realistic goals.
- Do not use alcohol or illegal drugs.
- Get help from family and friends.
- Reduce stress at home and at work.
- Keep track of your mood every day.
- Continue treatment.
