Clinical Features:

• 1)thumping heart' (palpitations).
  
• 2)feeling of sickness (nausea).
• 3)Chest pain.
• 4)Headaches.
• 5)Tummy (abdominal) pains.
• 6)Breathing difficulties.

Rx:

1. Tab.Rivo(clonazepam) (0.5mg)

• 0+0+1…….1 months

2. Tab.Indever (propanolol) (40mg)

• ½ +0+ ½ …….1 month

3.Tab.Promtil (prochlorperazine)(5mg)

• 0+0+1……..5 days

Then

• 1+0+2……..1 months

Advice:

• 1)Regularly exercises 
• 2)Relaxation therapy
• 3)Psychological support
