GIT Complains

Features of sympathetic hyperactivity :

  • Mydriasis
  • hypertension
  • Tachycardia
  • hyper-reflexia 

Features of CNS stimulation:

  • anxiety 
  • agitation 
  • insomnia 
  • irritability

Investigation: 

  • CBC
  • RFT 
  • LFT 
  • Serum Electrolyte
  • Urine analysis
Rx:

if pain :

1. Tab. Napadol([post id="452" title="Paracetamol+Tramadol"]) .1+1+1..............5-7 days

For Flu-like symptoms:
