Flu-Like Syndrome:

• Rhinorrhea
• chills
• piloerection
• malagia & arthalgia 
• leg cramps

GIT Complains

• Neusea & vomiting 
• abdominal pain 
• Diarrhoea

Features of sympathetic hyperactivity :

• Mydriasis
• hypertension
• Tachycardia
• hyper-reflexia 

Features of CNS stimulation:

• anxiety 
• agitation 
• insomnia 
• irritability

Investigation: 

• CBC
• RFT 
• LFT 
• Serum Electrolyte
• Urine analysis

Rx:

if pain :

For Flu-like symptoms:
