Gynecomastia

Rx:

• Tab.Tamona(10mg) 1+0+1...2 month
  

OR 

• Cap.Danazol(100mg)..1+0+1......2 month

If no improvement then

• Cap.Danazol(200mg)...1+0+1......2 month 

if Drug induced then Stop the drug. 

Surgery:

• Liposuction
  
• Mastectomy 
  

prevention:

• Avoid excess consumption of alcohol as it can increase the chances of liver cirrhosis
  
• Do not self-medicate as some of the medications may contain high estrogen levels, which lead to gynecomastia
  
• Avoid taking illegal drugs, such as heroin, amphetamines, androgens, and marijuana
