Clinical Features:
- 1)Pain in the upper belly that spreads into the back.
- 2)Pain in the belly that gets worse when you eat or drink alcohol.
- 3)Diarrhea or oily stools.
- 4)Nausea and vomiting.
- 5)Severe belly (abdominal) pain that may be constant or that comes back.
- 6)Weight loss.
Investigation:
- 1)CBC
- 2)RBS
- 3)SERUM Lipase
- 4)serum amylase
- 5)Usg of W/A
- 6)SERUM Electrolyte
Rx:
Diet: Avoid fatty food ,cheaps

Advice:
- Avoiding alcohol. The most important thing you can do is stop drinking alcohol, even if it isn't the cause of your condition.
- Stopping smoking. If you smoke, you should stop.
- Dietary changes. Because chronic pancreatitis can affect your ability to digest certain foods, you may need to change your diet.
