  • 3)palpable p2
  • 4)Loud 1st heart sound 
  • 5) Mid diastolic murmur 
Investigations:

1) ECG-

  • P mitrale
  • Tall R in V1-V3 
  • AF

2)CXR PA View 

  • straightening of leff border of heart 
  • signs of pulmonary congestion 

3) Echo

  • Reduce valve area
  •  enlarge left atrium


Rx:

If Heart Failure :

If AF:

2. Tab.Rivaroxaban(Rivarox) 10 mg ...0+0+1(A/M)
