- complete bed rest
- Diet-Liquid
- High flow o2 inhalation(2-4L) stat & s0s

4.Tab.[post id="475" title="Bromazepam"](Lexotanil )(3 mg)..0+0+1...1 month
If associtated with IHD /MI Then
- Tab.Propanolol(Indever)(40mg) 1+1+1
If associate with valvular heart disease Then ,

Advice:

- 6)Control cholesterol.
- 7)Maintain a healthy weight.
