Clinical Features:

Investigation:

  • Echocardiogram
  • Thyroid function test

Rx:

  • complete bed rest
  • Diet-Liquid
  • High flow o2 inhalation(2-4L) stat & s0s

2.Tab.[post id="860" title="Aspirin"](carva)(75mg) 4 tab stat orally by chewed/crushing 

3.Cap.[post id="393" title="Pantoprazole"](pantonix)(20mg) 1+0+1….15 days(30min before meal)

4.Tab.[post id="475" title="Bromazepam"](Lexotanil )(3 mg)..0+0+1...1 month 

If associtated with IHD /MI Then 

  • Tab.Propanolol(Indever)(40mg) 1+1+1

If associate with valvular heart disease Then , 

  • Tab.[post id="868" title="Digoxin"](Agoxin)(0.25mg)..2tab stat then

Advice:
  • 1)Get regular physical activity.
  • 2)Eat a heart-healthy diet, low in salt, saturated fats, trans fats, and cholesterol.
  • 3)Manage high blood pressure.
  • 4)Avoid excessive amounts of alcohol and caffeine.
  • 5)Don't smoke.
  • 6)Control cholesterol.
  • 7)Maintain a healthy weight.
