Rx:

  •  Bed rest
  •  Diet: Soft & Liquid
  • O2 inhallation High flow

Inj. 2% Z-Lidocaine(50ml)...3-5 ml I/V - stat over 1min

After 5-10 min if not controlled

💉Inj. 2% Z-lidocaine(50ml)..3-5 ml I/V - stat over 1 min

If Controlled then maintain

💉Inj. 2% Z-Lidocaine (50ml)..2 vial + inf 5% DA (400ml) I/V@ 8 d/min - 24hours


💊Tab.Amiodarone Hydrochloride(Cardiron) (200mg) 

1+1+1

If no improvement: DC Shock:

  • Referred to Higher Center




Discharge From Hospital:


1. Tab.Carvedilol(Carvista)(6.25mg)

  • 1/2+0+1/2......continue

2.Tab.Amiodarone Hydrochloride(Cardiron)(200mg)

  • 1+1+1......7 days

then

  • 1+০+1.......7 days

Then

  • 1+০+০.....continue
