  • 10)excessive fatigue

INVESTIGATIONS:

  • 1)CXR PA view
  • 2)ECG
  • 3)RBS
  • 4)CBC
Rx:

1.Bed Rest-propped up position

2. 02 inhalation

3. Diet- Normal

4.Tab.Salbutamol(Actolin)(4mg) 1+1+1….5 days

5.Tab.Doxophylin(Doxiva)(200mg) 1+0+1...1month

6.Tab.[post id="478" title="Frusemide"](Fusid) (40mg) 1-3 tab morning (according to severity of edema)

7.tab.Spironolactone(Spirocard) (25mg) 2+2+2 


8.Syrp.KT(Potassium) , 2TSF -TDS ( If no spirocard given)


9.Tab.Clacido([post id="425" title="Amoxicillin+Clavulanic-Acid"])(625mg) 1+1+1….7days
