Clinical Feature:
- 1)Low grade fever with evening riseing temperature.
- 2)Cough with sputum production
- 3)Hemoptysis
- 4)weight loss
- 5) Anorexia
H/O TB contract :
Investigations:
- 1)CXR PA View-Patchy opacity or cavitation of lung ([post id="226" title="X-ray-Pulmonary-Tuberculosis"])
- 2)Sputum for AFB
- 3)MT ([post id="178" title="Mantoux-test"])
- 4)CBC WITH ESR -High ESR
- 5)if lyphadenopathy-Biopsy
Rx:
1. Diet:Normal
2. Cap.[post id="391" title="Omeprazole"](Seclo)(20mg)
১+০+১....১৫ দিন
3. 1st 2 month + next 4 month
1st 2 month:
Tab.Rimstar-4FDC(সকাল বেলা খালি পেটে)...১ম ২ মাস
Dose:According to age
- 30-37 kg: 2+0+0..2 month
- 38-54 kg: 3+0+0..2 month
- 55-70kg: 4+0+0..2 month
- >70kg :. 5+0+0..2 month
Next 4 month :

Advice:
- পরবর্তী চিকিৎসার জন্য বক্ষব্যাধি হাসপাতালে যোগাযোগ করবেন।
- ঘাম, চোখের পানি, প্রসাবের রং কমলা হতে পারে। এতে কোন অসুবিধা নেই,,, চোখ হলুদ হলে,, চোখে দেখতে সমস্যা হলে ডাক্তারের সরণাপন্ন হবেন
- প্রসাব হলুদ হলে/ চুল কানি হলে / গায়ে লাল লাল দাগ দেখা দিলে দ্রুত ডাক্তার দেখাবেন।
