- 3)MT
- 4)Sputum for AFB & mallignant cell
- 5)RBS
- 6)S.Creatinine
Rx:
1.Bed rest
2. Diet: Normal
3. 02 inhallation - sos
4. Inf. Hartsol (([post id="506" title="Hartmann"]) ( (1L) I/V@ 20 d/min
If bleeding severe:
1. Inj.[post id="814" title="Tranexamic-Acid"]( Xamic/Traxyl) 1 amp I/V- stat & TDS
OR
Cap. Xamic ([post id="814" title="Tranexamic-Acid"])(500mg) 1+1+1.....5 days
2.Cap.[post id="402" title="Amoxicillin"]( Fimoxyl/moxin) (500mg) 1+1+1….7 days
3.Cap.Esoral ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"])(20mg) 1+০+1.....15 days
4.Tab.[post id="474" title="Clonazepam"](Rivotril)(0.5 mg) ০+০+1.......15 days
If Pain:
Tab.[post id="449" title="Paracetamol"](Napa)(500mg)
