Zollinger ellison syndrome

Clinical Features:

•  Severe uncontrollable peptic ulcer syndrome.
• Gastric hypersecretion.
  
•  Elevated serum gastrin more than 300 pg/ml.
  
• Gastrinoma of pancreas, duodenum or at other ectopic site.

Rx: 

1.Cap.Sergel ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"]) (40mg)

1+0+1......(30min before meal)......চলবে। 

2. Syp.Novelta 

২ চামচ ৩ বার...... খাবার ৩০ মিনিট পর 

🎴If unresponsive to drugs surgical resection is

advised.
