Protocols
Clinical Features:
- Pain or burning in the stomach, bloating, excessive belching, or nausea after eating.
- An early feeling of fullness when eating. The feeling of fullness also is called satiety.
- Stomach pain that occurs unrelated to meals or goes away when eating.
Investigation:
- Uper GI endoscopy
- H.pylori Screening
Rx:
1. Diet: Soft & liquid
2.Tab. Maxpro ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"])
(20mg) ..1+0+1...15 days( খাবার ৩০ মি. আগে)
3.Tab.Motigut([post id="465" title="Domperidone"]) (10mg)..1+1+ (খাবার আগে)...10 days
4. Syp/Tab. Maganta plus ..2 Tsf 3 times daily ....10 days( after meal)
5. Tab. Tryptin ([post id="477" title="Amitriptyline"]) (10mg) 0+0+1.......3 months
Advice:
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Stop smoking.
- Elevate the head of your bed.
- Don't lie down after a meal.
- Eat food slowly and chew thoroughly.
- Avoid foods and drinks that trigger reflux.
- Avoid tight-fitting clothing.
