if severe vomiting

1) Diet-NPO

2)Inj.Emistat ([post id="509" title="ondansetron"])(8mg) 1amp I/v -tds

3)ORS/[post id="809" title="Cholera-Saline"]

4)inj.sedil (10mg/2ml)[post id="476" title="Diazepam"]).... 1amp I/m stat

5)inj.Ceftron(1gm) ([post id="398" title="Ceftriaxone"])

1 vial i/v...BD
