135.Pediculosis/Louse infestation
Protocols
Clinical Features:
- Pediculosis is an infestation of lice (blood-feeding ectoparasitic insects of the order Phthiraptera).
- The condition can occur in almost any species of warm-blooded animal (i.e. mammals and birds), including humans.
📃Rx
1. English shampoo/Anti -lice shampoo গোসলের সময় ফেনা করে ১০ মিনিট রেখে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
পরিবারের সকল সদস্যকে একসাথে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। না হলে আবার একজনের থেকে আরেকজনের আবার হবে...৭ দিন
2.Megla/ Anti lice oil প্রতিদিন গোসলের পর মাথায় মাখবেন .....৭ দিন
Other Option:
1.Lorix Plus Lotion ([post id="529" title="Permethrin5%"])
রাতের বেলা মাথায় লাগিয়ে ৮-১০ ঘন্টা পর ধুয়ে ফেলবেন.....
৭ দিন পর একই নিয়মে পুনরায় লাগাবেন।
2.Tab.Ivera/Scabo([post id="537" title="Ivermectin"]) (6mg) stat 1/2 tab stat(child>15kg)
2 tab P/O stat(For adult)
📥কাজ না হলে
1/2 tab stat(child>15kg)
৭ দিন পর 2 tab P/O stat(For Adult)
Prevention:
1.Avoid head-to-head (hair-to-hair) contact during play and other activities at home, school, and elsewhere (sports activities, playground, slumber parties, camp).
2.Do not share clothing such as hats, scarves, coats, sports uniforms, hair ribbons, or barrettes.
3.Do not share combs, brushes, or towels.
