120. Verruca Plana(Flat wart)

Clinical Features:

1. Irregular ,smooth  lesion 

2. Mainly caused by HPV 

D/D: 

Seborrhic Dermatitis 

🗒️Rx:

1. Kerasol 12%([post id="639" title="Salicylic-Acid"]) ....daily .....2-3 months 

2. Emolent ([post id="543" title="Emolent"])...3/4 times daily ...2-3 months 

3. Soke with luke warm water 10-15 min ..2 times daily  or Duoflim solution 2/4 times daily 

surgery : 

1. Cryosurgery 

2. Electrotherapy
