Protocols
Clinical Features:
- belly pain or nausea
- ulcers in the mouth, on tonsils, or on the soft palate
- loss of appetite
- excessive fussiness
- being drowsy
- fever
- sore throat
D/D:
Herpetic Gingivostomatitis
🏮Rx:
1.Syrp.Napa(120mg/5ml) ([post id="449" title="Paracetamol"])
15 mg/kg/dose..... 3 days
2.Viodine 1% mouth wash ([post id="467" title="Povidone-Iodine"])
১-২ চামচ *১/২ গ্লাস পানিতে মিশিয়ে দিনে তিন বার কুলকুচি করবে।
3. Syp. Antista (2mg/5ml)([post id="531" title="Chlorpheniramine"])
- 6-12 month -1/2 tsf -TDS
- 1-3 years - 1 Tsf - TDS
- 4-8 yeras -1.5 Tsf - TDS
Advice:
- পানি বেশি খাবে।
- নিয়মিত হাত ধুবে।
- নিয়মিত mouth wash করবে
