1)Always or nearly always ejaculate within one minute of penetration.
2)Are unable to delay ejaculation during intercourse all or nearly all of the time.
3)Feel distressed and frustrated, and tend to avoid sexual intimacy as a result.
Types:
1)Lifelong (primary). Lifelong premature ejaculation occurs all or nearly all of the time beginning with your first sexual encounters.
2)Acquired (secondary). Acquired premature ejaculation develops after you've had previous sexual experiences without ejaculatory problems.
Investigation :
1) Serum testosterone level
Rx:
1.90% premature ejaculation নন Functional. Relief by proper counselling& lifestyle modifications
2 Stress Relif by counselling
3. kegel /pelvi Floor Exercise
4 Husband & wife মধ্যো বুজাপড়া ভালো করতে হবে।
Drug Treatment:
1.CapE-cap(200mg) 1+0+1……..1 মাস
2. Tab.Xinc([post id="470" title="Vitamin-B-complex+Zinc"]) 1+0+1…………১ মাস
3. Tab. Andep(sartraline)(25mg)
১+০+০.......৭দিন
২+০+০.......৪ মাস
OR
Tab. Dapoxen([post id="779" title="Dapoxetine"]) (30mg)
১+০+০.......১০দিন
তারপর.then
Tab. Dapoxen (60mg)
১+০+০.....…৪ মাস
Advice :
- কোন প্রকার হস্তমৈথুন করা যাবে না।
- সকল প্রকার মানসিক চাপ কমাতে হবে।
- নিয়মিত ব্যয়াম করতে হবে।
