4. Tab.Xyril ([post id="534" title="Hydroxyzine"])(10mg) ..1+0+1......5 days(if itching)
5. Napadol.([post id="452" title="Paracetamol+Tramadol"])..1+0+1........7 days (if pain)
6. Cap.Esonix ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"])(20mg) ..1+0+1........7 days (30min before meal)
If pain persisit ..
5.Tab. Pregaba (25mg) ([post id="498" title="Pregabalin"])
0+0+1.....3 days then tolarate then
1+0+1............1 month
