investigation:
- RBS
- TSH
- FT4
- Usg of whole abdomen (in case female)
D/D:
- Addison's disease
- Erythasma
- Pityriasis versicolour
🗒️Rx:
1. Treatment accourting to causes
Symtomatic Rx:
1. Retin-A cream([post id="605" title="Tretinoin"]) ..once daily at night ...2 month
OR
Spotclen cream([post id="698" title="Hydroquinone"]) ...2 times daily at night ...2 month
