Protocols
Clinical Features:
1. Bilateral white patch
2. Female Predominent
3. wickham's striae present
D/D:
- Oral Leukoplakia
- Oral Thrush
🗒️Rx:
1.1%Viodin mouth wash.([post id="467" title="Povidone-Iodine"])
১ চামচ + গ্লাস পানিতে মিশিয়ে কুলি করবেন দিনে ৩-৪ বার.......৭ দিন
2. Trialon oral paste([post id="606" title="Triamcinolone"]) ..3 times daily for ....2 months
if Topical not response :
Tab.Reconil (Hydroxychloroquine)(200mg) ..1+0+1........3 month
Advice:
1. maintain oral hygine
2. Balance diet
3. Diet iron rich food
