Geographic tongue is a condition that causes a map-like pattern to appear on the tongue.

1.Most common in young female

2. irrgular patchy lesion

3. Frequent changes in the location, size and shape of lesions.

4.Discomfort, pain or burning sensation in some cases, most often related to eating spicy or acidic foods.

🗒️Rx:

1.counselling :its self limiting

2.1%Viodin mouth wash.([post id="467" title="Povidone-Iodine"])..

১ চামচ + গ্লাস পানিতে মিশিয়ে কুলি করবেন দিনে ৩-৪ বার.......৭ দিন

3. Tab. Xinc-B ([post id="470" title="Vitamin B-complex+Zinc"]) 0+1+….1 month

4.Riboson([post id="680" title="Riboflavin"]) ...2+2+2.......1 months

☣️If pain then we use - pain killer

NSAID - Oral / Topical

💊Tab.Pararcitamol(Napa)500mg

1+1+1..........3 days
