70. Apthous ulcer

Clinical Feautres : 

1. Complete loss of filiform papillae on dorsal tonge 
2. small round or ovoid ulcers 2-4 mm in diameter
3. ulcer floor that is initially yellowish but assumes a gray hue as healing
4. surrounded by an erythematous halo and some edema
5. its painful 

D/D: 

Erythematous candidiasis

Migratory glossitis

🗒️Rx: 

1.Tab.cevit ([post id="466" title="Ascorbic-Acid"])(250mg) 1+0+1...10 দিন

2.Apsol ([post id="679" title="Amlexanox"]) cream... দিনে ৩ বার ঘাতে লাগাবেন...১৫ দিন

3.Riboson([post id="680" title="Riboflavin"]) ...2+2+2.......1 months 

4.1%Viodin mouth wash.([post id="467" title="Povidone-Iodine"]).. ১ চামচ + গ্লাস পানিতে মিশিয়ে কুলি করবেন দিনে ৩-৪ বার.......৭ দিন

5. Tab. Xinc([post id="470" title="Vitamin B-complex+Zinc"]) 0+1+….1 month

if patient is Anaemic :

Cap. Ferozi-CI ([post id="439" title="Carbonyl Iron+Folic Acid+Zinc"]) ..1+0+1......1-3 months

if its Vit-B12 deficency:

Tab.Neural([post id="442" title="Mecobalamin"]) (0.5mg) ....1+0+1.........2 month 

Advice: 

1. maintain oral hygine 

2. Balance diet 

3. Diet iron rich food
