• cayenne pepper spots appearing within and at the edge of old lesions.
• Symetrical lower limb involvement

• statsis dermatitis

2. Dermasol ([post id="559" title="Clobetasol-Propionate"]) ointment ....2 times daily ......1 months 

3.Tab.Fexo ([post id="541" title="Fexofenadine"])(120mg) ........0+0+1.........7 (if itching)

4.Tab. Cevit-DS([post id="466" title="Vitamin C (Ascorbic-Acid"]) (400mg) 1+0+1 .......1 months(for collagen synthesis)
