61. Lichen Amyloidosis

Clinical Features: 

1. Multiple hyperkeratotic papule on shin tibia

2.itchy lesion

3.Age: 50-60 year & male predominent

4. initial unilateral then bilateral 

D/D : 

• Lichen planus 
• LSC

🗒️Rx:

1.Dyvon ([post id="664" title="Calcipotriol"])...2 times daily .....1 month 

2. Emolent ([post id="543" title="Emolent"])....3-4 times daily .....2-3 months/olive oil  

3. Tab.xyril ([post id="534" title="Hydroxyzine"])(10mg)....1+0+1........7 days (if itching)

4. Intralesional steroid
